Woods

Within the stakeholders’ interaction area, in the Anápolis and Catalão units, more than 70 species of native trees were planted, some of them threatened of extinction.

                                                               
 

We can observe species of tamboril, baru, ipe, Brazilian orchid tree, balm, cambui, Cailandra do cerrado, jequitiba, mahogany, Chicha do cerrado, cedar, copaiba, angico, mombin tree, inga tree, peroba, pau-brasil, jacaranda, vinhatico tree, pequi tree, neem, abrico de macaco tree, jacaranda, cajazinho tree, garapa, rubber tree, ipe caraíba, tamarind, teak, red slik floss tree, white slik floss tree, jambolan, sete cascas tree, guapuruvu, pau-ferro, Brazilian Peppertree, giant crepe myrtle, paradise nut, jacaranda, magnolia, Brazilian shaving-brush tree and others.

                                                               
 

In a total area of more than 8,300 square meters, the area of the Woods is a tribute to Mr. Elzeario Machado da Silveira, father of the company’s co-founder.
